Coating Head – mod. BSK

The Coating Head mod. BSK is used for coating on fabric, paper and TNT (resin and adhesives and lacquers).

The features of the machine are:

– Ease of implementation: the bench can be installed at the entrance of a common textile tenter
– Optimal control of the amount of pulp applied and guaranteed reproducibility of the processes
– Great flexibility in the use of pulp and textile substrates, the variety of which is constantly increasing
– Accurate control of the tension of the textile substrate

The unit can be used for doctor blade coating in air, on cylinder, and cylinder printing 1000 dots. Coating 1000 dots can be done either on the top side of the substrate or on the bottom side of the cored substrate. It is equipped with a high-precision motorized device with digital indicators to adjust the coating thickness and to raise the doctor blade/cylinder as the stitching passes.
