FINAL CLEANING UNIT – MOD. CA/A

The operator places the objects on a support. A rotative bar with air compressed air nozzles, operated by a ac. motor, is rotating around the piece.

The cabinet is closed on 3 sides; only the front side can be opened. Motorized pneumatic operated front doors automatically closed and opened before and after each cycle, consequently pollution is limited.

Under a hopper collects the flock, which is sucked by a turbofan and sent in a filter.

Compressed air nozzles for cleaning externally and internally the pieces. A fix air bar foreseen with ionized electrodes nozzles is foreseen in order to eliminate electrostatic charges from the box.

The ionized system includes the special power feeding for the ionization of the air.

Rotation motion components are made to operate in dusty environments.

The machine is equipped with PLC with Bus module, for controlling the main functions of the machine.
