Automatic Flaming Cabinet – mod. CF/R

 

The Flaming Cabinet mod. CF/R consists of:

– Closed cabin for safety protection

– Gas burner for flame treatment equipped with a spark plug, detection probe and security of flame

– Robot

– Internal light (2 x 18W)

– Control cabinet

With this cabinet, it is possible to flame a variety of objects of different shapes. The process is completely automatic and it is done by robot. The objects are fixed in place on a rotating table: the operator places the object, then the table rotates to the flaming position; the other side is ready for the loading/unloading operations and the opposite side is ready for the automatic flaming process.
